DeloPulse is a free Telegram bot and Mini App for work groups of any size.

In a regular chat, a task assigned to several people quickly becomes everybody's job and nobody's responsibility. DeloPulse gives each assignee a separate status and asks each one to report. The card shows who accepted, who is working, who finished and who missed the deadline. The task closes after everyone reports, not after the first "done".

Tasks are created with the /task command in the group or with a form in the Mini App. A deadline can be shared or set per person. The bot sends private reminders 24 hours, 3 hours and 1 hour before it, only to people who have not reported. With review turned on, the author accepts the result or sends it back. Recurring schedules, checklists, comments, attachments, a deadline calendar and per-person statistics are included.

The group keeps one updating card per task. If a deadline is missed, the bot posts one message naming the late assignees and removes it when the task closes.

There are no paid plans and no limits on members or tasks. Telegram is the sign-in. The bot uses the official Telegram Bot API.

DeloPulse fits teams that already run their work in a Telegram group: a shop, an agency, a construction crew, a clinic, a department with contractors. It is not a Kanban board or a personal to-do list. It does one thing: it makes sure that an assignment given to several people comes back as a report from each of them.
