ATTENDANCE TRACKING

Mark attendance individually from a client's profile, directly from a scheduled slot, or through shri by just typing a name. Every session is logged with date and optional notes. Attendance history is sorted, searchable, and exportable.

Prabzo tracks attended sessions against total package sessions automatically. You always know how many sessions a client has used and how many remain. No manual counting. No spreadsheet formulas.

If a client misses a session, Prabzo notices. You get a nudge. Streaks are tracked. Attendance integrity is maintained even if data gets out of sync — Prabzo self-heals.

PAYMENTS

shri understands plain language and executes. For the most common actions — marking attendance, checking balances, booking appointments — shri works instantly without any AI API call. For more complex queries, it routes to a multi-provider AI engine (Groq, Gemini, Cohere) with automatic fallback so you always get a response.

shri also sends you proactive notifications. A morning summary of who's coming in today. A midday nudge if someone missed their session. An evening alert if a payment or package is about to expire.

Delete your account and all associated data permanently from within the app, no email required. Prabzo complies with DPDP (India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act) — consent is collected at signup, and your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure), synced in real time, and available offline. If you lose connectivity, Prabzo keeps working and syncs when you're back.
