ApplyTOP

Hourly AI-matched job alerts tailored to your CV.

ApplyTOP

ApplyTOP (applytop.com) is an AI-powered job-search assistant built to compress the time between a job being posted and you applying for it. The core promise: instead of scrolling LinkedIn for hours, you upload your CV once, set a few preferences, and the platform hunts for matching openings on your behalf — every hour, around the clock.

The matching engine works by parsing your CV into a semantic profile (a 384-dimensional embedding vector) and comparing it to every scraped job description using cosine similarity. The output is a 0–100 fit score that captures meaning rather than just keywords, so a "Backend Engineer" CV will still surface a "Server-side Developer" listing. The platform pulls from over 50 sources, including LinkedIn, major applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, BambooHR), aggregated career sites, and direct company career pages. New matches arrive within roughly 60 minutes of posting via email digest or push notification.

Beyond alerts, ApplyTOP bundles a suite of AI writing tools. There's a CV builder with live ATS scoring and 17+ premium templates, an AI tool that rewrites your CV to mirror the language of a specific job description, and a cover letter generator that produces a tailored three-paragraph letter in your chosen tone (direct, warm, or confident). A free-tools section includes a resume match score, skill gap analyzer, ATS resume checker, bullet point rewriter, summary generator, resignation letter generator, and a CV translator covering 14 languages.

Importantly, you don't actually apply through ApplyTOP. The platform gives you the direct link to the employer's careers page or ATS, so your application data stays out of any middle layer. CVs are kept private — not shared with recruiters or other users — and can be deleted from settings.

Pricing is subscription-based with three tiers: $6.99 weekly (500 AI credits), $24 monthly (2,500 credits, marketed as most popular), and $199 yearly (36,000 credits, ~45% cheaper than weekly). All plans include unlimited alerts, hourly fetching, AI scoring, and the full tool suite. Cancellation is one-click with no contract.

The site is multilingual (English, Polish, Spanish, Hindi) and is operated by Taimingu OÜ, an Estonian company based in Tallinn. It explicitly notes it isn't affiliated with LinkedIn. The product positioning is squarely aimed at job-seekers frustrated by speed disadvantages — the messaging repeatedly emphasizes being first to apply before 200 other candidates show up. In short: a speed-and-matching layer on top of public job listings, paired with AI document tools.
