SubmitMyStartup

SubmitMyStartup is free public information for founders who need somewhere trustworthy to share what they built. It lists directories and communities with practical notes on cost, rules, audience fit, and how to submit. It is for founders and indie hackers looking for where to post a startup or side project.

Most "places to post your startup" lists go stale. This one is meant to be a source of truth. I re-check listings. When a new place is added, I submit SubmitMyStartup there myself and track how much traffic comes back from that listing. Outcomes show up over time in shortlists and write-ups so other founders can see what actually happened.

I keep it current with AI agents that test each site by actually submitting to it, then record whether it is really free, the catch, the fees, and how long review takes.

The site is built to be readable by people and by AI tools, including MCP-style use. Point an assistant at the data and it can recommend where to sign up using verified listing details plus recorded results, not guesses from outdated scrapes.

Open to corrections and suggestions. Personal results are labelled as this project's experience, not a promise that every product will see the same numbers.
