Ssabi

Equipment rental operations from first quote to final invoice

Ssabi is an operations platform for businesses that send equipment into the field and bill for the days it is out: equipment rental firms, event and staging companies, logistics providers, and infrastructure operators.

Most rental operations run availability in three places at once - a spreadsheet, a shared calendar, and a salesperson's memory - and none of the three counts quotes or holds against stock. Ssabi replaces all three with one live system. Owned stock, confirmed bookings, active holds, and outstanding quotes are netted per item and per date range, and the number recalculates the moment anything changes. A conflict surfaces at quote time instead of on load-out morning.

The same system carries the job the rest of the way. Rate cards and rental periods price every quote consistently, with freight and labor priced on the quote rather than added later. Accepted quotes become orders. Completed rentals become invoices, pro-rated and taxed by rule. Client portals let customers review and sign quotes and pay invoices online without calling a dispatcher.

Crews, trucks, and gear are scheduled against real capacity, and site status flows back from the field as the crew logs it. Warehouse staff pick against generated pull sheets, transport documents travel with the load, and certificates of insurance are tracked with their expiry dates.

Every workspace is isolated with row-level security enforced at the database on every query, not in the interface. Branding is white-label, roles and permissions are configurable, and a full export of your data is available on request.

Pricing starts at $600 per month. Starter is $600 per month, Growth is $1,800 per month, and Scale is $4,800 per month. There are no per-booking fees, no percentage of your revenue, and no long-term contract.

Ssabi is in early access. Every demo is run live by the founder, and early workspaces get hands-on data migration and a direct line to the people building the product.
