Foundinity is a cofounder matching platform built to help cofounder seekers (aspiring entrepreneurs, students, founders, solopreneurs, developers, marketers) find the right person to build with, not just any cofounder seeker. Instead of hundreds of profiles you’d never start a company with, it shows you the few you’re actually compatible with.

Every profile is built around a deeper assessment of what decides whether a partnership lasts: your working style, ambition, commitment level, vision, values and personality, alongside your skills. Skills tell you who can do the job. The rest tells you who you can stick with and build with for years.

A state-of-the-art multi-trait algorithm does the matching. It looks at how all of these traits fit together between two people, not one trait at a time, and weighs them against what you told Foundinity you’re looking for in a cofounder. The result is a short list of people you’re most likely to build well with, not a feed to scroll through.

Profiles use avatars instead of photos, so appearance bias is out of the picture. You get to know someone through how they think, work and what they care about, and first impressions are formed on substance.
