ProofOkay
Proof approval your customers can zoom into, checked for print
ProofOkay turns a native print file into a proof your customer can actually read before it prints. PDF, Illustrator (saved PDF compatible), EPS, Photoshop and TIFF files open as a sharp, zoomable preview, so the fine print on an eight foot banner is legible on a phone, which is where mistakes usually hide. The original file stays attached to download, and uploads up to 300 MB resume if the connection drops.
Every proof runs an automatic print check at the final size: the right size, image sharpness, vector or raster, CMYK or RGB, bleed past the cut, and whether fonts are embedded. It flags problems and never changes anyone's file.
Your customer opens one link with no account to make and chooses Approve, Approve with changes or Request changes. They tick the boxes you ask for (spelling, size, colours, or your own) and type their name. You keep the answer, the boxes, the name and the time against the exact version they saw, and a corrected file starts a new version, so an approval always points at the file that was approved.
