Design custom stamps and seals in your browser

StampZen

StampZen is a browser-based stamp and seal maker for small businesses and designers. Create a stamp graphic for invoices, address blocks, packaging or office documents without registering an account. The product delivers digital files. It does not manufacture or ship physical stamps.

Start with a template or customize a round, square or rectangular layout. Edit text, borders, ink color and the center icon or uploaded logo, and adjust the physical dimensions in millimeters. The editor updates the preview as you work. Templates cover company seals, address stamps, date marks, received and paid stamps, and other common layouts.

Designing is free. You can download a 480px JPG with a white background and a visible watermark to test the layout. Unwatermarked exports are available through one-time purchases: PNG from $2.50, PNG and SVG for $2.90, or PNG, SVG and PDF for $3.50. There is no subscription.

The transparent PNG export is 6000px and can be inserted into Word documents, PDFs or image-editing projects. SVG exports convert text into outlines; uploaded logos and aging textures stay embedded raster images. The paid PDF export places the stamp image on a page sized to its chosen physical dimensions for printing. It is a raster PDF, not an editable vector document.

StampZen also has a separate free PDF stamping tool. Upload a PDF and a stamp image, choose a page, adjust the position, size and rotation, then download the stamped document. PDF placement happens in the browser, so the document remains on the device during this workflow.

For a business owner, the tool provides a way to create reusable approval marks or company graphics. A designer can prepare a stamp-style image for client documents or packaging. Anyone ordering a physical rubber stamp can discuss the exported artwork with their manufacturer. Official-style and notary templates are starting layouts; users need to check applicable requirements themselves. StampZen does not verify identity or provide an electronic-signature service.
