Bliss

Practice management for therapists and clinics in India

Bliss

Bliss is practice management software for therapists, counsellors, psychologists and small therapy clinics in India, built by Round Robin in New Delhi with a small group of practising therapists.

Therapists keep a calendar with recurring and group sessions, a waitlist, and email reminders a day and an hour before each session. Clients book open hours, fill in intake forms and see their next session in a portal that works in any phone browser, with times in IST.

Session notes are written in SOAP, DAP or free text and save as the therapist types. In a clinic, notes open only for the therapist who wrote them, their supervisor, and owners and admins; colleagues see each other's sessions as busy blocks.

Invoices carry the clinic's GSTIN and follow its GST setting. Staff record cash, UPI and bank transfers, and reports show sessions, no-shows and revenue. Solo therapists can start free.

Features include a calendar with day and week views for one therapist or a whole team; recurring and group sessions, a waitlist, leave approval, rooms and locations; a supervision queue for reviewing supervisees' notes; an intake form builder with shareable links; private document storage, with client documents stored in India (Oracle Cloud, Mumbai); and reports on sessions, no-shows and revenue, per clinic and per therapist, with PDF download.

Pricing is in rupees. A free plan covers one therapist (Solo Starter, up to 5 active clients). Paid plans exist, and all plans are free during early access with at least 30 days' notice before payments start. Current prices: https://bliss.roundrobin.in/pricing
