Overview

If you can do it on your iPhone, your AI can too.

Zeptap is a Mac app that hands your iPhone to an AI agent. It opens apps, reads the screen, taps, swipes and types in your real apps and signed-in accounts, so the jobs you keep picking up your phone for get done without you.

Ask it to answer buying questions in your Instagram comments, post a Story from your camera roll, send an approved video from WhatsApp to TikTok, reply to your mentions, book the 7am spin class or move your 3pm to tomorrow. Building an app? Your coding agent can open it on a real iPhone and check its own work.

Use the built-in chat with the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already pay for, or connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any MCP agent in one click. Watch every step from your Mac, ask it to pause before it sends or posts, and run up to five iPhones at once. No Xcode, no Developer Mode, nothing installed on the phone.

Most AI tools stop at the edge of the browser or wait for an official integration. A lot of real work does not live there. Customer questions arrive in Instagram comments and WhatsApp chats. Stories are made from the camera roll. Rides, classes and reservations are booked in apps you are already signed in to. Zeptap closes that gap by letting your agent work on the phone itself, in the same apps and accounts you use every day, without a separate integration for every app.

Key Features

Works in your real apps and signed-in accounts. Your agent uses the apps already on your iPhone, with your existing logins, conversations, photos and settings. There is nothing new to connect for each app and no separate account to set up for every service.

Opens apps, reads the screen, taps, swipes and types. The agent sees what is on the screen and acts on it the way a person would. It can scroll a feed, open a conversation, fill in a field, pick a photo or move through a booking flow step by step.

Moves work between apps. Many jobs span more than one app. Zeptap can take an approved video from a WhatsApp chat and post it to TikTok, turn an event flyer in your screenshots into a calendar entry, or find a restaurant from a saved screenshot and share its location with a friend.

Bring your own AI. Use the built-in chat with the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already pay for, or connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any other MCP-compatible agent in one click. Zeptap supplies the phone control; you choose the model.

Watch it live from your Mac and pause it before it sends. Every step shows up on your Mac as it happens. You can tell the agent to stop and check with you before it sends a message, posts content or confirms a booking, so you stay in control of anything that matters.

Up to five iPhones at once. Run up to five iPhones side by side from one Mac. Each phone keeps its own apps and accounts, which suits teams and people who manage several accounts.

Nothing to install on the phone. No Xcode, no Developer Mode and no Apple Developer membership. Setup happens in the Mac app with guided pairing.

Use Cases

Social inboxes and customer conversations. Answer price, stock and ordering questions in Instagram and TikTok comments while leaving compliments and emojis alone. Reply to product questions that come in through Story replies. Find customer conversations in Instagram or WhatsApp Business that never got an answer and prepare a follow-up. Reply to customers in their own language using the business details you provide.

Native publishing and cross-app distribution. Create an Instagram Story from approved photos in your camera roll, with your caption and stickers. Reshare a customer's Story that mentions you. Pick up an approved video and caption from a team WhatsApp chat, post it to the right account and send the link back. Finish a saved Instagram or TikTok draft without recreating it somewhere else.

WhatsApp coordination. Find the direct questions and mentions you missed in busy groups. Check your calendar and reply with times that actually work. Pull together the venue, time and attendance for a group plan and share the right map link. Turn the things you promised in a chat into reminders.

Photos and screenshots. Collect trip photos of a particular person and share a selection with them. Sort receipts, recipes and tickets into albums. Turn an event flyer into a calendar entry, or a restaurant screenshot into a shared plan.

Shopping, orders and bookings. Reorder the exact product you bought last time, check a delivery estimate, prepare an Uber to the airport, or find a gym class that fits your schedule. Zeptap prepares the order or booking and you confirm it.

Phone organization and everyday settings. Tidy your Home Screen, set up a Work Focus, review which apps can use your location or photos, find where a subscription renews, or make text larger on a parent's phone.

Real-device app testing. iOS developers can let their coding agent open the app they are building on a real iPhone, walk through onboarding, follow the exact steps from a bug report, run a quick smoke test after an update, or check for clipped text at larger text sizes. Your agent checks its own work on a physical device instead of guessing.
